General Rules & Restriction:
Guest have to ensure follow all rules as below:
1. During your stay please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use.
2. Guest has to ensure the cleanliness of the home stay all the time.
3. Guest only allow to cook at Kitchen only . Guests are required to keep kitchen clean after use.
4. No footwear are allowed within the premises
5. All crime is strictly not allowed in this property.
6. Guest is not permitted to drink alcohol within the homestay.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. STRICTLY, No carrying or consuming ILLICIT DRUGS within the premises.
9. Homestay is a non-smoking area, however, smokers are allowed to utilize the open area outside the premises.
10. All guests have to lock the door and window before left the homestay.
11. Please respect the neighbor in the area, no noise after 11pm.
12. We do not provide daily room housekeeping. Nonetheless, Guests are required to keep premise reasonably clean as and where it is.
13. Any valuable left in homestay are done so at the guest own risk. We are not responsible
for the lost items. We are recommended valuables thing including (laptop, tablets, mobile phone and jewelry are not left unattended.

1. Our homestay providing Astro Njoi Package.
2. If guest willing to add on channel guest have to inform us. All additional charges are belonging to guest.
